YE KOSKY- Your trail to mental balance

Active Vitorazsko, z. s. received a grant from the European Union for organizing an Erasmus+ youth exchange in the Czech Republic for the project

"Your trail to mental balance",  which highlights the benefits of physical activity for better mental health

that will take place on   5. 10  - 10. 10. 2026    in Kosky, the Czech Republic

5 teams (Czechia, Cyprus, Hungary, Lithuania and Romania) will participate in the activity.
Each team consists of:   7 young people (18-30 years)   and   1 group leader 25+

travel days are 4. 10. and 11.10.
it is possible to extend your stay in the Czech Republic by two additional days at your own expense

price: the project is funded by the EU (accommodation, full board, program, travel expenses)
participation fee:    0 EUR
