Project summary:
Together We Play is a youth exchange that uses sport as a practical tool to support physical well-being and
mental well-being in everyday life. The programme is built around active sessions (team sport, cooperative
games, outdoor activities), short reflection moments, and simple recovery routines (e.g. , yoga/mobility).

Project summary
The project aims to foster young people's intercultural understanding, curiosity, and openness, while reducing stereotypes and encouraging respect for the traditions and cultural characteristics of other countries. Through practical and creative activities, participants will experience how cultural diversity enriches personal growth and helps build meaningful dialogue between people from different backgrounds.

During the project, participants will:
• explore cultures, traditions, customs, and everyday life in different European countries;
• analyse stereotypes and prejudices and learn how to challenge them;
• develop intercultural understanding, empathy, curiosity, and respect for diversity;
• strengthen communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and creativity skills;
• create a digital recipe book that will serve as a common project result and will be publicly available.

The project will bring together 42 participants from Lithuania, Turkey, Hungary, Slovenia, Romania, Czechia, and Italy. Each country will be represented by 5 young people aged 18–24 and 1 group leader (Klára Suchomelová)

​OBJECTIVES:

1. Increase awareness among young people about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
2. Encourage daily activity and productivity so young people adopt  more active routines.
3. Transform technology into an ally — teaching youth to use it effectively for health and well-being, while avoiding tech dependency.
4. Leverage social media to promote healthy habits widely.
5. Develop content creation skills to raise awareness about the risks of a sedentary lifestyle and share strategies for healthier living.

PARTICIPANTS:

• 7  young people aged 18–26
• 1   group leader (18+ y.o.) with experience in youth work 

ACCOMODATION:

• Participants will be hosted in shared apartments (3–4 people per unit and based on gender) at Royal Aparthotel Bansko.
• Each apartment has shared rooms, bathrooms, and a small kitchen/lounge area.
• Towels, bed linen, and Wi-Fi are included.
• Pool, jakuzzi and other hotel amenities are at the participants’ disposal free of charge

“I'M PROACTIVE – applied IMPROvisation for ACTIVE youth participation” is a training that aims to expand the applicability of Improv beyond the stage and the theatre – to the youth work, personal and professional development, and to life in general.
The primary aim of the training course is to equip youth workers with Improv as the working practical tool for personal and professional development, the interactive and innovative method in youth/social work, and the efficient approach to life.

For 8 days, 36 youth workers will deeply dive into the topic, playing, discovering and assimilating our working methods suitable for small and large groups. The goals of this activity are to reveal the applicability of Improv in social work dimension; to discover, how the Improv method and tools can be used for the aims of raising youth social activism, increasing active youth participation and involvement in civic life, promotion of alternative forms of participation, community development; to elaborate follow-up local projects ideas, based on Improv method and tools.

The learning by doing approach ensures many immersive activities, such as role-plays, simulations, short and long forms of Improv, performances, theatresports, jams and other theatrical techniques. We will have long debrief sessions on all the elements of each method, ensuring a detailed understanding and feeling for all participants.
